With extensive working experience of delivering increased revenues for various blue-chip clients John & David hold vast knowledge in quantity surveying, estimating, and development, people management, specialist / planned works, commercial reporting, market strategies, supply chain management, cash flow projections, contract negotiation, cost savings, tender evaluation, buying and contract mobilisation In recent years, our Company has been diversifying its focus into nurturing its manpower and diverting its resources into specialising in high-end developments.
As of date, I am proud to say that with our permanent team of 7 site and office personnel, in tandem with the 60 general workers, specialist tradesmen that we have under us, we are well equipped to handle any large-scale project that is required of us, Industrial, Commercial or otherwise. Saying that, I hope that Dowls would be your contractor of choice for any sort of building work that you would require, as we would try our best to not only meet, but thoroughly supersede any standard that is asked of us.

The understanding of the need for environmental protection and pollution prevention forms an integral part of the Dowls Group business philosophy.
I am committed to protecting the environment, and preventing pollution and believe that my Company has a responsibility not to compromise the ability of future generations to sustain their needs.
The impact that any of our activities, those of our clients/contractors, may have on the environment is an area of concern. I will seek to reduce our consumption of non-renewable resources, and whenever practicable will select materials which have the most negative impact on the environment throughout their life cycle.
Environmental protection will have equal status to considerations for health, safety and quality. In confirming our commitment to protection of the environment we will treat environmental regulations that apply to our activities as minimum standards and where appropriate aim to better them.
We will provide information to sub-contractors, customers and end users of our services to ensure that misuse will not be cause of damage to the environment. Responsibility for the environmental policy and supporting statement lies with me and the Management Team.
The environmental policy will be brought to the attention of all employees and will be made available to the general public via the company website and reviewed annually to assess its effectiveness, compliance with environmental law and to ensure that it reflects changing needs and circumstances.
